Law360, New York (March 06, 2012, 10:20 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday tossed a champion featherweight boxer's breach of contract suit against longtime fight promoter Don King, saying the pro boxer failed to allege his own compliance with the agreement.
U.S. District Judge Katherine B. Forrest dismissed the suit without prejudice, allowing Elio Rojas, a Dominican-born boxer with a World Boxing Council championship title to his name, leave to replead his case.
