Law360, New York (March 09, 2012, 4:52 PM ET) -- The Third Circuit on Tuesday ruled that class action plaintiffs must face a threat of future harm from a company’s actions in order to request injunctive relief, nixing class certification for magazine subscribers suing a Time Inc. unit that allegedly sent out deceptive renewal notices.
