Movie Rental Web Patent Case Transferred

Law360, New York (August 07, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has transferred a patent infringement lawsuit against digital recording company TiVo Inc. and two rivals in the online movie rental industry, saying Massachusetts would be a more appropriate venue than Virginia.
