Sirius CEO Turns Up Heat In Merger Defense

Law360, New York (August 07, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. chief executive Mel Karmazin renewed his defense of his company's merger with XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc.—currently under scrutiny by the Federal Communications Commission—with a Washington Times opinion piece Monday, saying the pending deal would enhance competition and benefit consumers.
