Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 4:11 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday denied a request by a putative class of female public relations employees to recuse a magistrate judge in a sex discrimination suit against advertising conglomerate Publicis Groupe SA, defending his choice of electronic discovery methods.
