Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 7:09 PM ET) -- The Hells Angels on Wednesday accused the producers of an MTV reality show of infringing the motorcycle club's "death head" trademarks by producing apparel that was featured prominently on the show.
Hells Angels Motorcycle Corp. said in a lawsuit filed in California federal court that MTV Networks Enterprises Inc. and the other producers of "Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory" infringed the biker organization's mark by manufacturing T-shirts featuring a knockoff of the group's marks then featuring the items on the show.
