Mothership Has Sailed On P-Funk Malpractice Suit, Judge Says

Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 6:46 PM ET) -- A Washington state federal judge on Monday threw out George Clinton’s malpractice suit against Hendricks & Lewis PLLC over legal work performed in California, saying the funk legend waited too long to accuse his former counsel of botching a series of intellectual property pursuits.
