Ex-Worker Claims PhoneDog Approved Ongoing Twitter Use

Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 6:15 PM ET) -- A former PhoneDog LLC employee on Monday denied allegations he stole trade secrets by continuing to use a company Twitter account after going to work for a competitor, arguing that the company gave him permission to keep using the account.
