Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 4:21 PM ET) -- "Hawaii Five-O" creator Leonard Freeman's heirs have shorted the late producer's agent $10 million by not sharing profits from the CBS Corp. show's current rebooted version, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday in California state court.
