Law360, New York (May 07, 2012, 8:12 PM ET) -- A Paris Hilton-owned company must face a contract suit brought by an Italian lingerie maker that claims her dilly-dallying derailed its plans to make a line of Paris-branded underwear, a federal judge ruled Friday.
Prato, Italy-based Le Bonitas SPA claims that Hilton, operating through her company Paris Hilton Entertainment Inc., stopped it from proceeding with a worldwide launch of Paris-branded underwear by ignoring prospective lingerie designs that required her approval.
