Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 2:51 PM ET) -- Actor Ben Stein last week saw most of his contracts suit against Kyocera Corp.’s printer arm evaporate after a California state judge found the company was free to back out on an endorsement deal upon learning of Stein's controversial views on global warming.
