Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 6:02 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday cleared Facebook Inc. of allegations that it infringed a networking patent held by Leader Technologies Inc., finding the patent was invalid because Leader created a product based on it too long before applying to protect the technology.
