DC Circ. Deals Trump Plaza A New Hand In NLRB Dispute

Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 5:26 PM ET) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday let the Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino off the hook for an alleged refusal to bargain with card dealers unionized under the AFL-CIO, sending the dispute back to the National Labor Relations Board for another look.

The ruling agreed that Trump Plaza had raised adequate concerns about the NLRB's neutrality in the run-up to the union's election as representative of the casino's card dealers, and vacated a decision from the labor board that held the casino liable for failing to bargain...
