UK Watchdog Clears BSkyB In Pay-TV Antitrust Probe

Law360, New York (May 23, 2012, 3:29 PM ET) -- The U.K.'s Competition Commission said Wednesday that British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC's control over the pay-TV movie market has been tempered by new players like Amazon.com Inc. and Netflix Inc., and it no longer has an unfair advantage over the its rivals.
