Law360, New York (May 25, 2012, 7:31 PM ET) -- Federal Communications Commission general counsel Austin Schlick will step down from the post in mid-June and be replaced by his current deputy, Sean Lev, the regulator said Friday.
FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski said that Schlick, the FCC's general counsel since 2009, had prevailed in 90 percent of the court cases challenging FCC orders while serving as the regulator's top legal advisor.
