Law360, Los Angeles (May 25, 2012, 8:31 PM ET) -- A Delaware federal judge on Friday dismissed Cooper Notification Inc.'s patent infringement claims accusing Twitter Inc., Federal Signal Corp. and Everbridge Inc. of infringing its methods for sending messages to several places at once.
U.S. District Judge Leonard P. Stark granted the defendants' motions for noninfringement of U.S. Patent Number 7,409,428. The patent trial scheduled to kick off on July 9 was also canceled, the order said.
