MGA Insurer Takes Bratz Defense Dispute To 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (June 08, 2012, 2:51 PM ET) -- MGA Entertainment Inc. primary insurer Crum & Forster Specialty Insurance Co. appealed to the Ninth Circuit on Thursday a ruling that it had a duty to defend MGA in its trade secrets and copyright dispute with Mattel Inc. over Bratz dolls.
