NJ OKs $38M Tax Credit To Keep Cablevision Unit In State

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 9:07 PM ET) -- The New Jersey Economic Development Authority approved a nearly $37.5 million tax credit Tuesday to coax a subsidiary of media and telecommunications giant Cablevision Systems Corp. to relocate within Newark, N.J., and prevent more than 570 jobs from leaving the state.
