Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 10:16 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice may have a hard time bringing antitrust claims against cable companies reportedly under investigation for hindering competition from online video providers without evidence of collusion or local market dominance, experts said Wednesday.
