Wynn Brawl Returns To State Court Despite FCPA Element

Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 4:04 PM ET) -- Wynn Resorts Ltd. on Thursday won an effort to send its breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit against Kazuo Okada, a former vice chairman now locked in a bitter feud with mogul Steve Wynn, back to state court despite the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act issue that had landed it in federal court.
