Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 9:58 PM ET) -- International cable provider Liberty Global Inc. has partnered with Searchlight Capital Partners LP funds in a $585 million deal to purchase Puerto Rico's OneLink Communications from a pair of New York private equity firms, the parties announced Tuesday.
The acquisition gives Liberty and Searchlight control of the largest cable television, high-speed data and telephone service provider in Puerto Rico, according to sellers MidOcean Partners and Crestview Partners.
