Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 10:09 PM ET) -- A South Carolina federal judge refused Wednesday to reconsider his decision tossing a musician's copyright infringement suit against boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. and World Wrestling Entertainment Inc., concluding the artist had not proven any errors of law.
U.S. District Judge Joseph Anderson Jr. said that Anthony Lawrence Dash's motion for reconsideration in the case was without merit and stemmed from the simple fact that the artist disagreed with the ruling.
