Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 5:53 PM ET) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Wednesday ruled that one of the off-strip Las Vegas casinos operated by Station Casinos Inc. had illegally suppressed employees' efforts to unionize.
The board, which assigned the case to a three-member panel, upheld a Feb. 2, 2012, decision by Administrative Law Judge Gerald M. Etchingham, who found that Palace Station Hotel and Casino violated the National Labor Relations Act by intimidating at least one of its workers, Adolfo Gaspar, who was well-known as a union leader.
