Disney Sues Announcer's Kin To Nix 'Secretariat' Claims

Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 5:24 PM ET) -- Walt Disney Pictures slapped several family members of late horse-racing announcer Charles Anderson with a lawsuit in New York federal court Friday, looking to stave off right of publicity and copyright claims stemming from the 2010 film “Secretariat.”
