Madonna Accused Of Lifting Sample For 1990 Hit 'Vogue'

Law360, Los Angeles (July 12, 2012, 3:33 PM ET) -- Madonna, WB Music Corp. and a collaborator on the 1990 dance hit "Vogue" were sued in California for copyright infringement on Wednesday by a record company that claims the song uses hidden samples from its 1977 disco song "Love Break."
