Charter School Boss Accuses Philly Daily News Of Libel

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 3:54 PM ET) -- The head of an online charter school has hit the Philadelphia Daily News' publisher with a libel suit in Pennsylvania court, alleging the paper defamed him when it questioned his competence as a manager.
