Aereo Ruling Marks Stage For Long TV Copyright Fight

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 8:57 PM ET) -- In denying calls by broadcast networks to shut down Aereo Inc.'s streaming TV service and likening the service to Cablevision System Corp.'s remote digital video recorders, a federal judge has set the stage for a copyright infringement battle that could go all the way to the Supreme Court.
