Macy's Thwarts Martha Stewart's Jump To JC Penney

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 4:57 PM ET) -- Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. can't take trademarked products that the TV personality designed exclusively for Macy's Inc. to archrival J.C. Penney Co. Inc. for the time being, a New York state judge ruled Friday.
