Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 3:35 PM ET) -- Data Carriers LLC sued five companies including Yelp Inc., Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Vizio Inc. on Friday in Delaware over a patent covering so-called auto-fill technology that remembers users' information for website forms, after suing almost 20 other companies in similar suits Thursday.
Wilmington, Del.-based Data Carriers lodged 24 separate back-to-back suits in Delaware federal court against a wide array of companies, claiming they hosted websites and sold tablet devices that infringed its patent.
