Law360, Wilmington (August 10, 2012, 7:56 PM ET) -- A Delaware judge on Thursday ruled that Viacom International Inc. must pay a further $300 million to shareholders of the company that created "Guitar Hero" as part of their merger agreement, rejecting the media giant's various challenges against a third-party valuation of the figure.
