Davis & Gilbert Tries To Dance Out Of $8M Movie Suit

Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 3:37 PM ET) -- An attorney for Davis & Gilbert LLP on Friday fired back at a film production company accusing the firm of malpractice, telling a New York state judge the law firm did the copyright and trademark application work it promised for a dance documentary.
