Writer Sues For $1.5M Over Rights To Thriller Film

Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 9:50 PM ET) -- An author who claims he wrote the screenplay for an upcoming movie about nuclear holocaust survivors on Thursday sued his ex-attorney and others involved in the production of the film for $1.5 million and a cut of the receipts, saying he’d been cheated out of his rights.
