Law360, Los Angeles (September 10, 2012, 9:09 PM ET) -- A California federal judge Monday threw out a putative class action accusing the Pittsburgh Penguins of breaching contracts and violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by pummeling hockey fans with too many text messages.
