Firm Seeks To Depose Courtney Love's Daughter In Libel Suit

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 10:01 PM ET) -- A San Diego law firm alleging Courtney Love libeled it in a Twitter post asked a judge Tuesday to allow a deposition of the rocker's daughter, saying Frances Bean Cobain could show that Love has a "propensity" for making false statements on the social media website.
