Feuding Attys Sanctioned In Dish Trademark Dispute

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 7:05 PM ET) -- An exasperated Ohio federal judge on Thursday sanctioned both sides in a long-running trademark battle between Dish Network LLC and a DirecTV retailer, saying he had never previously encountered “such divisiveness or contentiousness” in his 17 years on the bench.
