Law360, Los Angeles (February 5, 2013, 5:47 PM ET) -- Rock band Green Day faced skepticism from a Ninth Circuit panel Tuesday over claims that a concert video backdrop didn’t infringe artist Dereck Seltzer's image of an anguished human face, as judges questioned how superimposing a red cross on the image transformed it, triggering fair use protections.
