FTC Official Touts NY Times' Wait-And-See Hacking Response

Law360, New York (February 05, 2013, 4:16 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission's chief technologist Tuesday backed The New York Times' decision to evaluate how hackers were gaining access to its system before responding to a recent cyberattack, saying companies should heed the example as they work to build stronger defenses against targeted online intrusions.
