Ex-Coach Slams Penn State Objections To Whistleblower Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (February 05, 2013, 6:02 PM ET) -- A former assistant football coach suing Pennsylvania State University after allegedly being fired for cooperating with the investigation into convicted child predator Jerry Sandusky lashed out Friday at the school’s bid to dismiss the complaint, saying the university had offered no facts to support its objections.
