NBA Star Breached Contract, Financial Adviser Tells 7th Circ.

Law360, Chicago (February 15, 2013, 3:27 PM ET) -- A one-time financial adviser to NBA star Ben Gordon asked the Seventh Circuit on Friday to revive his suit alleging the former Chicago Bulls and current Charlotte Bobcats player breached their agreement and damaged his business by suing him over fees and a soured loan deal.
