Gaming Co. Settles Meal Break Allegations With Testers

Law360, San Francisco (February 15, 2013, 8:06 PM ET) -- Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. has settled with a class of 200 quality-assurance testers who accused the "Grand Theft Auto" publisher of requiring them to work off the clock and failing to give them rest and meal breaks, according to an undisclosed deal approved in California state court Friday.
