Telecom Co. TDS Inks $277M Deal For Broadband Provider

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 12:50 PM ET) -- Telephone and Data Systems Inc. will put up $276.5 million for a venture-backed New Mexico cable TV and Internet services company that will bolster its business in the Southeastern U.S., part of a growth strategy targeting underserved, high-potential markets, the company said Tuesday.
