Law360, Los Angeles (February 27, 2013, 6:31 PM ET) -- A California judge tentatively refused Wednesday to dismiss the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Commission's lawsuit against two former Coliseum officials and two rave promoters who were allegedly engaged in a multimillion-dollar kickback scheme.
Judge Gregory W. Alarcon of the Los Angeles County Superior Court indicated he would allow the commission's claims for breach of fiduciary duty, constructive fraud and conflict of interest claims to proceed against former Coliseum official Todd DeStefano and his wife Carisse.
