Disney Fired Archivist To Hide Sexual Harassment, Suit Says

Law360, Los Angeles (February 27, 2013, 11:53 PM ET) -- A former Walt Disney Co. archivist sued the entertainment titan in California federal court Monday, claiming it fired him to cover up sexual harassment at the company and blackballed him from the archiving community after he reported the offending behavior to human resources.
