Law360, Miami (April 26, 2013, 7:59 PM ET) -- The Association of Southeastern Research Libraries, the largest regional research library consortium in the U.S., on Friday urged the Eleventh Circuit to uphold a ruling that Georgia State University's use of e-reserves to distribute copyrighted reading materials was protected by fair use.
