Law360, New York (January 03, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- A host of domestic and international airlines are the targets of a patent lawsuit that seeks to make them pay up for using a common way of presenting internet content.
JetBlue Airways, Singapore Airlines, Midwest Airlines and Air Jamaica are among half a dozen airlines facing the complaint, brought in federal court in Texas by InternetAd Systems LLC, a subsidiary of patent-holding firm Acacia Research Corp.
