Judge Blasts Disney Fee Request As High In Stan Lee Row

Law360, New York (July 31, 2014, 6:30 PM ET) -- A Colorado federal judge on Thursday awarded the Walt Disney Co. roughly $240,000 in attorneys' fees in an infringement case brought by Stan Lee Media Inc. over the rights to several superhero characters, while saying that its initial fee request “shocks the court’s conscience.”
