Bally Antitrust Claims Stay On Table In Patent Suit

Law360, New York (October 17, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has whittled down the issues in a long-standing patent infringement suit between rival casino game makers Bally Technologies Inc. and International Game Technology, ruling that Bally has not infringed most of IGT's gaming patents and that Bally's antitrust counterclaims have enough merit to proceed to trial.
