Law360, New York (December 15, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has sued National Lampoon Inc. — the company behind such iconic movies as “Animal House" and “Christmas Vacation” — and its CEO for allegedly scheming to artificially inflate the company's stock.
