Firms Use Recession To Snag Corporate Talent

Law360, New York (October 06, 2009, 1:56 PM ET) -- While work and opportunity for corporate finance attorneys has yet to return to prerecession levels, a number of law firms are turning the economic downturn into a chance to snap up top corporate and mergers and acquisitions attorneys, according to legal industry consultants.
