EBay's Suit Against Craigslist Trimmed Of 2 Claims

Law360, New York (October 05, 2009, 4:16 PM ET) -- A federal judge has handed Craigslist Inc. a win in minority shareholder eBay Inc.'s suit accusing the online classifieds company of thwarting its economic interests, tossing claims concerning indemnity agreements Craigslist's top executives planned to implement.

Judge William B. Chandler III granted partial summary judgment to Craigslist on Friday, trimming eBay's allegations of waste and breach of fiduciary duty in a ruling handed down in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware.
